The scope of work covers comprehensive road and infrastructure construction and maintenance activities, including earthworks such as excavation, backfilling, and subgrade preparation, along with aggregate subbase and base course installation. It further entails asphalt milling, repair, and full road works with prime coat, tack coat, and various asphalt layers (Type 1, Type 2, and Type 3 Super Pave). Supporting elements include road markings, signages, street furnishings (kerbstones, interlock tiles, pavers), as well as storm drainage and irrigation networks, micro tunneling, and CCTV installations. The scope also extends to bridge repair works involving expansion joints, bearings, and metal handrails, in addition to highway fences, guardrails, median barriers, and bridge parapets, ensuring durable, safe, and fully integrated transport infrastructure.
